Tavakli Village

This section is about Tavaklı village — our home, our corner of the world, and a quiet rural Turkish village with an easy, unhurried pace of life. Life here moves simply and naturally, shaped by the seasons, the land, and a strong sense of community.

Despite its calm atmosphere, Tavaklı is well placed. Historical sites lie close by, and the beaches of Tavaklı İskelesi are just three kilometres down the hill. While you are here, take the time to sample high-quality local olive oil, pick up fresh village eggs, locally made cheese or soap, and stop by the village grocery shop. Park your car, take a walk around, and enjoy the village at its own pace — we would love to see you.
